Our core technologies are twofold. One is the know-how of "microchannel designing ",
and the other is "diffusion bonding technology" that realizes micro-channel structure.
We've been continuing to try creating values by adding novel functions to products

Our standard products filled with our know-how of R&D are
categorized as countermeasures for heat control,
such as heat exchangers including for hydrogen station, heat sinks, and vapor chambers.
A variety of sizes could be done according to your purpose and application of your needs.
Product information
The feature of our products is that it has a fine
three-dimensional structure fabricated by the method of
"diffusion bonding". By applying the structure,
we try to develop products with higher performance
and smaller size, and to realize more efficient energy saving.
"Diffusion bonding" is a technology that integrates materials
(mainly metals) without melting them, and realizes both
three-dimensional microchannel structure and good strength in it.

Efforts for R&D and mass production
"Diffusion bonding" was once used in limited industrial fields such as aerospace and nuclear power plant,
where "Almost absolute security and product liability" is required.
WELCON has been working on sublimate "diffusion bonding" into "more general-purpose technology with lower cost".
We have been trying to consider and demonstrate how to do it in a better fashion,
therefore have the advantage of lomg-term accumulation of knowledges from R&D like material analysis to mass production.
WELCON is a group of technical engineers who continue to persure not only how to solve customer's problem
